In general, itineraries will differ depending on the time of the year you prefer to travel. Tanzania has two seasons- the green season and the dry season. Neither is better than the other but different things happen at these different times of the year so we may include different locations in the Serengeti and different national parks depending upon your specific interests.

Your safari specialists at Unique Safaris are experts at discussing these differences with you. The green season is usually November-May and the dry season is June through October. If your budget allows we also include at least two locations in the Serengeti to maximize your wildlife experiences because the national park is so huge and we want to be sure you enjoy the most comprehensive experience.
